    三、项目内容：鞋业物流中心集鞋料供应、成品鞋托运于一体，项目选址在华东鞋业基地以北，沂胶路以北、昌安大道以西，计划占地150亩，东西长200米，南北长490米，分期完成。该址地处制鞋企业集中区，交通便利。

    四、项目总投资：1.5亿元。

    五、市场分析：截至目前，拒城河镇制鞋企业已发展到50多家，鞋底、包装、制鞋机械等相关产业10多家，制鞋业已经成为拒城河镇的主导产业，形成了一个鞋业聚集区和产业集群。鞋业物流中心的建立对于培育壮大制鞋产业，方便鞋业的流通，开拓更大的市场有着重要的现实意义。

    1.Project Name:Juchenghe shoes distribution Center

    2.Project Unit:The project lies in the development zone of Juchenghe town. Shoes is one of the four small commodities confirmed by Gaomi municipal government, Juchenghe town has made out the strategic plan of creating Shandong shoes famous town, and has constructed the basic framework of one shoes base, one economy gallery and one shoes district.

    3.Project Content: Combining shoes material supply, finish shoes transportation together, the shoes distribution center is located in the north of Yijiao road and west of Chang'an avenue. Covering an area of 150 mu, it is 200 meters longs from east to west, and 490 meters from south to north.
