三、项目内容：
为方便投资者进区发展，开发区自筹资金建起了6万平方米的砖混结构标准厂房，每栋厂房面积为3210平方米（长78m×宽40m×高7m），间隔为12米，厂房两侧分别为宽15米、5米的硬化道路，每栋厂房配480平方米（12×20×2）二层办公用房，水电配套齐全，适于从事机械电子、服装鞋帽、纺织木器等各类生产项目。另外，为吸引更多的"大、高、外"项目来我区落户，我们在交通便利，配套设施完善的高新技术园区预留600亩土地，欢迎国内外客商前来投资兴业。

2.Project Unit:.Gaomi Economic Development Zone lies in the middle of Jinan-qingdao and around-Jiaozhou Bay expressway, to the east, it's 65 kms from Qingdao airport, 90 kms from Qingdao container wharf. It owns power installed capacity of 330 thousand KVA, daily water-supply capacity of 80 thousand tons and hourly heat-supply capacity of 420 ton. The infrastructure is completed in water, power, heat, road, communications, ASDL and land.
3.Project Content: To provide convenience to investors, the development zone has built up 60 thousand of sqms of standard workshop, each workshop is 3210 sqm ( length78m×width40m×height7m). The interval distance is 12 m, besides the workshop, it is the hard road of 15 and 5 m width.
